Drs. Carey & Jones was proudly represented in this year's Crawfordville St. Patrick's Day Parade. Colorfully decorated in green (of course!) employees volunteered to ride the parade path and throw green toothbrushes (of course!). It was a fun day and is sure to become an annual event.
4TH ANNUAL HENRY/ROSS FATHER-SON BASEBALL CAMP
Drs. Carey and Jones were once again proud to sponsor the Henry/Ross Father-Son Baseball Camp. This year it was held at Chiles High School on January 14, 2012.
Each year former FSU pitcher Bryan Henry, now with the Arizona Diamondbacks, and Tallahassee's own David Ross, Florida High grad and catcher for the Atlanta Braves host a one day Father-Son baseball camp. FSU all stars from past seasons participate in this event each year to teach boys ages 7 to 14 the skills necessary to improve their game. The bonus is that even the dads are coached and have the opportunity to play on the field!

Drs. Carey and Jones' office hosted its 3rd Annual Halloween Candy Buy Back, Tuesday, November 1, 2011 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. in the Tallahassee office. Over 100 children came to the event to exchange their excess Halloweeen candy for cash! We weighed the candy and paid each child $1.00 per pound. The children also received free kids' meals from Red Elephant Pizza, goodies and a drawing was held where two lucky winners will receive a new Kids' Sonicare electric toothbrush (value 69.95)! We thank our community for their generosity and kindness in supporting our troops. Over 350 lbs of candy was donated to Operation Gratitude (see below).
As an added bonus, the children brought letters to send to the soldiers overseas. They are so appreciative to receive notes from home.
